Christine Quinn Says She Had COVID-19 At Wedding
  • Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn says she had novel coronavirus at her December 2019 wedding.
  • The wedding was filmed for season three of the Netflix show.
  • The first known cases of novel coronavirus were reported in the U.S. in late January 2020.

Season three of Selling Sunset comes out next monthyesss!and a teaser trailer for the season shows Christine Quinn walking down the aisle in a black dress at her December 15th, 2019 wedding, because of course she did. Now, Christine says the day was pretty intense for her, and it had nothing to do with the whole getting married part: She says she had COVID-19 at the time.

I was really, really sick on my wedding day. I actually had what I now know is corona, Christine said over the weekend on Goss.ies Goss Chats . I got really sick in late December and we were traveling, and I was sick for about a month when we were filming. I couldnt even have a bachelorette party. I was so bummed about that because I was so sick.

FWIW: The World Health Organization (WHO) says that COVID-19 was first detected in late December 2019 after a cluster of cases of pneumonia appeared in Wuhan, China. The first known case of the virus in the U.S. was diagnosed on January 20, 2020, per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the virus started spreading in the U.S. in February, the CDC says.

Christine said that her wedding to Christian Richard was definitely a high point for her but that it was also a low at the same time because she was so sick.

Christine has shared a few photos of herself from her engagement party on Instagram (check out this cool one of her with a zebra):

While she hasnt specifically called out any pics as being from her wedding, she wore a dress that looks a lot like this one in the teaser trailer for season three:

Christine and Christian got married in a winter wonderland-themed ceremony in Los Angeles. And, of course, she says there was drama.

Theres always drama in every single scene, but yeah, there was definitely drama at my wedding, Christina said on Goss Chats. I wasnt privy to it though, but I sort of saw and heard it going on. So, thatll be interesting to see.

The third season of Selling Sunset rolls out on Netflix on August 7.
