In a new series of Instagram Story videos, the Modern Family star can be seen working her butt off (and then some) at the gym. In the first one, Sarah does weighted hip thrusts with a resistance band like its nobodys business. She keeps on going, even when shes thrown a total curveball by her trainer. 10? she asks. 20, he says. Oh, HAHA, she respondsand keeps on working it.
Sarah does the whole thing like its NBD, but she wrote in the next IG Story video that its very hard. My face in the next one shows it. And yeah, you can tell shes really pushing through it at the end. But still, Sarah is in total beast mode.
In the next video, Sarah does rainbow planks (how do you think she got those awesome abs?!) and, again, makes it look like its nothing. Then, her trainer tells her to stop and hold a plank and again, she easily does it. After a moment, though, you can see its getting tough as her muscles shake a bit, which fair. This stuff definitely isnt easy.
Cut to the next video, and Sarah is still cranking it out. (Is it possible to cheer on an IG video? Because) In it, Sarah is doing seated lat pull-downs, and shes totally owning them. While she looks super chill in the moment and is working at a consistent pace, you can definitely see her muscles shake a little as she challenges herself. Clearly, all those muscle shakes are shaping her up.
