Theres a lot going on in Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth s household lately, what with him being hospitalized for kidney stones and her hitting the red carpet to help promote his new movie. But the 26-year-old popstar certainly hasnt forgotten about Valentines Day-and shes doing it up her way.

The photo was part of a meme that says, "When its Valentines Day and bae says hi." Of course, Miley couldn't share it without tagging her new hubby in the post. "@LiamHemsworth love you," she simply wrote. (Hmmmwonder what Miley and Liam are up to today?)

While Miley and Liam have been together off and on for eons, this is their first Valentines Day as a married couple after the two got hitched in a super-secret, tiny wedding at home on December 23.
