Following in the footsteps of her famous daughters, mama Kardashian-a.k.a. Kris Jenner-just posted a makeup-free, filter-free selfie on Instagram.
In the photo, Kris is doing the cult family's classic smiling-eyes-plus-closed-mouth face (the "smize," for any old-school Project Runway fans out there). And hot damn, she looks amazing.
"Early morning (and I mean early) haircut with @mrchrismcmillan," she wrote, with a snap of celeb hairstylist Chris McMillan behind her.

For once, with a bit of smeared last-night's mascara and natural allover redness, Kris looks more like an actual, ya know, mom than one of her offspring. That's not to say she doesn't look gorgeous-in fact, I much prefer this au naturel look over her usual kohl-rimmed smoky eyes. She just seems more approachable, like someone I'd want to tell all my problems to. (Are you listening, Kris? I could use your motherly advice...)

Of course, Kris is no stranger to plastic surgery-the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has been pretty honest about her cosmetic treatments, including a full facelift .
But it's really nice to see the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch in her most natural skin, because lawd knows being mom to six of the most famous people on earth (not to mention nine precious grandchildren ) cannot be easy on the wrinkles.
