So, what does Kacey's workout routine look like to sculpt those strong abs? For starters, she trains with Erin Oprea. The personal trainer also works with fellow country music stars Maren Morris , Carrie Underwood , and Kelsea Ballerini , so she knows how to whip modern-day cowgirls into tip-top shape.
Kacey does Tabata-based workouts with Oprea. The high-intensity interval training typically includes 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, for approximately four minutes, per US Weekly .
When Kacey is away touring, she does Pure Barre classes on DVD. "I can do the workouts everywhere," the singer told the publication. Kacey also follows Oprea's 4x4 nutrition plan. Oprea says it's "a clean, healthy, balanced lifestyle so that they can still enjoy the foods they love, but in moderation." It allows for alcohol, but Oprea notes, "Im not saying you can drink as much alcohol as you want, but I try to limit them to two drinks a week, which a lot of people are like, 'Oh jeez! I need wine every night, thats bologna!' But literally you can do that."
