But apparently she was told that she needed to lose 30 pounds if she wanted to make it in Hollywood.
"She had to lose thirty pounds if she wanted to stay in Hollywood," he writes in his book.
And from what we're gathering, Jennifer wasn't totally on board with the insanity.
Apparently she was forced to show up in just a leotard for one of her many auditions and was worried she'd be done, and told her agent that "This'll blow it for me."
"The disgusting thing of HollywoodI wasn't getting lots of jobs 'cause I was too heavy," Jennifer told Rolling Stone in 1996, per Harper's Bazaar UK . "I was like, 'What?!'"
Though she was far from overweight (not that her weight should have been anybody's businessamirite?!), she admits her eating habits wasn't the best at the time, "My diet was terrible. Milk shakes and French fries with gravy. It was a good thing to start paying attention."
