When a celebrity posts a baby bump photo on social media, their fans naturally freak out. The latest to send their followers into a pregnancy rumor tizzy is Demi Lovato , who just shared a pic and video of herself cradling her belly to Instagram.

In the pic and video, the "Sober" singer is wearing a gorgeous polka-dot dress. Shes in full hair and makeup, and she looks stunning. Oh, and shes got her hand resting underneath what appears to be a baby bump while she smiles for the camera.

Hold upwhat?! Demi quickly cleared things up in the caption . Real or fake? she wrote, before hashtagging Will & Grace and #meetjenny.

IMDB doesnt make any mention of Demi's role on the hit TV show, but it seems pretty obvious that Demi is going to be playing a pregnant woman named Jenny in an upcoming episode of Will & Grace. Because, you know, she said that.

Welllll, it certainly seems like not everyone understood Demi's caption. Real??? one follower wrote. Um you are adorable pregnant!! another fan said. And there were OMGs for days.

Of course, at least one person had to get completely inappropriate and reference Demi's past struggles with addiction , asking who would watch the baby if she had another episode. Ah, the internet.

Worth noting: Demi also shared a pic of the Will & Grace cast on set in her Instagram Stories, so clearly this is all for the show. But, tbh, its kind of hilarious watching people freak in the comments. Just saying.
