Halle Berry is obsessed with this keto cookbook

Understatement of the century: The keto diet is mega-huge right now. So huge, that it’s hard to go on Instagram without seeing a snapshot of someone’s favorite keto recipe or their “after” results on the diet.

Halle Berry's one of those people, and she regularly calls out one cookbook in particular that she loves: Quick & Easy Ketogenic Cooking: Meal Plans and Time Saving Paleo Recipes to Inspire Health and Shed Weight by Maria Emmerich.

“Keto diet has changed my life,” Halle said recently on one of her #PhitTalks. “I have this book…I go here on a regular basis-daily in fact-and this is where I get all my recipes,” she said.

Halle's also shared a few of those favorite recipes from the book on her Instagram Stories, including arctic char with olive salsa, tuna salad wraps, and zucchini chips, among others. The book also features plenty of nut-free, egg-free, and dairy-free options for people who have other dietary restrictions.

So clearly, Halle's a fan-and Maria still can't believe it. In May, she wrote on her website that she was "over the moon excited" to learn that Halle was constantly singing the praises of her book. Totally understandable, right? I mean, it's Halle Berry.

Maria also took to Instagram to show Halle her appreciation. "My deepest gratitude goes out to supporters like you as well as Halle for spreading the word of my books," she wrote.

In addition to Quick & Easy Ketogenic Cooking, Maria's written seven other books on ketogenic cooking, including Keto Comfort Foods and Keto Restaurant Favorites, so, basically, you and Halle have enough keto recipes to last you for quite a while.
