Tbh, I don't blame her-the actress, model, and swimwear designer is 54 years old and looks d*mn good. And, ya know what they say: When you've got it, flaunt it.
This afternoon, Elizabeth did just that , sharing a new bikini-clad Insta of herself. Of course, Elizabeth added a short and sweet caption to the photo: "All white " Not that she needed to explain herself-in the pic, she's wearing a tiny white string bikini from her collection, Elizabeth Hurley Beach. She then accessorized the bikini with a white ruffled cover-up and oversized black sunglasses, completing her beach chic lewk.
Naturally, there's a beautiful beach right behind her. But-no offense to Elizabeth's Instagram feed filled with photos from gorgeous locales-let's be real: nobody is paying the scenery any attention. All eyes are on the ageless Elizabeth and her oh-so-toned abs.
Case in point: the comments section, overflowing with compliments and plenty of emojis from fans. One shared: "Bikini goals... " And another posed a question Elizabeth must hear on the reg: "Wow... Food tips please! I have figure envy xx"
So, what does Elizabeth usually eat to maintain her fit physique? No gimmicks or crazy diets here-she gets off to a healthy start with her morning routine. Elizabeth told Women's Health that she keeps her diet clean by starting her day at 7:30 a.m. with two cups of warm water and Greek yogurt with banana and honey.
For lunch, she eats a bowl of vegetable soup after her morning workout. Finally, Elizabeth's dinner often includes grilled chicken with "lots and lots and lots" of veggies.

But it's not just about maintaining a healthy diet. To carve those enviable abs, she does yoga and occasionally Pilates . Elizabeth also squeezes in sets of squats while she brushes her teeth and counts walking her dogs as cardio.
