• In Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video, the dermatologist tackles a lipoma on her patient's neck.
  • She nicknames the lipomas "bubbas" and removes multiple sizes and shapes from one patient.
  • Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes her patient's arm and the lipoma shoots out to the surface and looks like a "gummy bear".

After a fun-filled weekend of cysts, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is turning her attention to lipomas. You, too, should turn your attention to lipomas. Her patient has multiple lipomas in mystery locations around the body, and she's ready to pop them all out. (Grab your popcorn for this one, but skip the gummy bears. You'll thank me later.)

In Dr. Pimple Popper's Instagram video, she pops out each lipoma one by one. The short clip shows one of the extractions from start to finish. Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the new Instagram post: "Meet the first of the Bubbas! if you want to meet Big Bubba click the #linkinbio to watch this exclusive video on #drpimplepopperallaccess #drpimplepopper" Don't fret if you don't have All Access, this quick clip is full of satisfying popping action. Plus, the "little bubba" is not so little and comes from her patient's neck.

The video begins with Dr. Pimple Popper getting right to squeezing with this lipoma. Her efficiency makes sense with multiple "bubbas" all around her patient. The lipoma seems clued in, too. When she squeezes, it emerges in one chunk on the surface of her patient's skin.

"You have a little baby," Dr. Pimple Popper sings to alert her patient. She also includes a fanfare to present the popped lipoma to the room. Other viewers compared the pop to a little "gummy bear", and if you look closely you can see a face.

Speaking of fanfare, Dr. Pimple Popper 's fans also celebrated this pop in the comments. One fan shared, "Why do I love this so!!"
