• In Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video, she helps a patient with a bulging cyst on his hairy back.
  • The dermatologist describes this pimple as "cystacular" and says it is worthy of a top ten list.
  • Dr. Pimple Popper shows why when she squeezes with her fingers to get all the yellow mush out and then replays the pop in super slow motion.

Any day is a good day for a cyst squeeze. At least, that's what dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper , proves is the case in her latest Instagram video.

The title may be Friday the 13th cyst, but this extraction is scary, hairy, and satisfying whatever day you tune in. There's no reason to wait until the next Friday the 13th to devour every last bit.

The video starts with a overhead view of the cyst and the very hairy back surrounding it. The cyst, which you can clearly see, is a huge bump popping out of her patient's skin. It doesn't deter Dr. Pimple Popper, and the video jumps ahead to her squeezing all the ooey-gooey contents out.

She gives it two good squeezes with her fingers and tons of yellow mush piles out. That's only the beginning. The video offers up a slow motion replay to hone in on the satisfying squeeze. "Yours is a particularly good one," Dr. Pimple Popper tells her patient. "You might make a top ten list."

That's not all, the always-busy derm found time to repair an earlobe in between pimple pops. This not something you see everyday, folks.

Dr. Pimple Popper 's fans chimed in with lots of emojis and praise to confirm it. One fan wrote, "That was phenomenal." Another honed in on a fave section: "Removal of the entire sack. Ahhhh, that does it for me!"

No cyst removal is complete for Dr. Pimple Popper or her fans without a cyst sac extraction. Once this portion is removed, her patient can rest easy knowing the cyst will not return. That, my friends, is a fact no matter what day of the week it is.
