• In Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video, she takes on a monster of a blackhead.
  • The giant blackhead has grown so large, she calls it a dilated pore of winer.
  • Dr. Pimple Popper uses tons of anesthetic before she squeezes all the black gunk out of the giant crater of a hole.

The nostalgia is real. New isn't always the best, and dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper , has a satisfying pop to prove it. In her latest Instagram video, she takes on a monster blackhead. This blackhead has grown so large on her patient's neck that it has transformed into a dilated pore of winer.

Dr. Pimple Popper won't let it sit much longer. She admits this pop comes from the archives in the caption: "Its an oldie, but you cant deny its a goodie! #drpimplepopper #dpow" Tbh it sounds like this blackhead is worth sticking around to watch.

The video begins by showing Dr. Pimple Popper pumping up the anesthetic. She injects it all around the massive black spot. Only after she's thoroughly numbed the area, does Dr. Pimple Popper consider squeezing.

She takes the blackhead with both of her hands and gives it a good, hard squeeze. The blackhead wrinkles and buckles, but not one bit of gunk emerges. So, Dr. Pimple Popper grabs her tweezers and tugs on the blackhead. Finally, it all pops out like a "sink plug" according to the derm.

Her fans are totally ah-mazed, but they also had plenty of questions for Dr. Pimple Popper. One asked: "So good! But does the hole just refill?" "So what happens to the hole after you pull everything out???" "What happens to the crater? Do you fill with cement?"

Dr. Pimple Popper may have left many questions unanswered, but there's no denying that was a satisfying ol' blackhead pop.
