The prize is usually a mystery bump or lump, and today she's locking eyes with a very sweet older patient. The doc is extracting a bump located right on the corner of the woman's eye . (This one is truly too close for comfort, folks.)

Dr. Pimple Popper has her work cut out for her, this bump looks nice and cozy. Neither the doc or her patient explain exactly how long it's been there, but commenters suggest it's a long-time resident and that looks pretty accurate to me.

Then she starts squeezing away. The doc squeezes with her fingers and out pops a little seed or disk from the corner of her patient's eye.
