• In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper tackles juicy steatocystomas on her patient's arm.
  • She pokes the steatocystoma with her scalpel and squeezes to extract the contents.
  • The insides ooze out and look like melted butter.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper , is off and popping again today. Her Monday is absolutely filled with satisfying pops, and so is yours. Her latest target is a steatocystoma on a woman's arm. If you love a messy pop, steatocystomas can't be beat. They ooze melted butter and vanilla butter on command, that is Dr. Pimple Popper's command.

In Dr. Pimple Popper 's latest Instagram video, this steatocystoma could be a bit more messy than usual. She captioned her Instagram video: "Not giving blood, just extracting a little steatocystoma! #drpimplepopper"

Dr. Pimple Popper explains that the steatocystoma is located in a precarious position. It popped up over the top of one of the major blood vessels in the arm that is often used for donating blood. Her goal today is not to donate blood, just remove the steatocystoma, so Dr. Pimple Popper is working meticulously with her scalpel. She explains, "We don't want a mess here."

If you watch until the end of the clip, you know she succeeds in not hitting the blood vessel. That doesn't mean she avoids a mess. It is a steatocystoma, after all. Dr. Pimple Popper's fans love every minute of the messy pop. One fan shared, "Looking like some vanilla pudding "

Whether you agree it looks like vanilla pudding or another buttery substance, this steatocystoma was all satisfying.
