• Sandra Lee, MD, (a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper) just shared a new cyst-popping video on Instagram.
  • The video, in honor of St. Patrick's Day, shows the cyst that eventually oozes green goo.
  • Dr. Pimple Popper's reality show of the same name just wrapped its second season last week.

Dr. Pimple Popper, a.k.a. Sandra Lee, MD, can make even the grossest videos seem funny. And she even found a way to tie this weekend's holiday into her latest post.

In it, the dermatologist shared a video of herself cutting into a cyst which, tbh, is pretty standard for her. Whos looking forward to THIS WEEKEND?! she wrote, before hashtagging #stpatricksday.

It all seems kind of random, right? That is...until you remember that she's dealing with super-gross bodily fluids. (Warning: Maybe don't watch this while you're eating.)

Dr. Pimple Popper doesnt offer up a ton of information about what body part shes cutting into, but she makes a lip-shaped incision on the area. It starts bleeding, and she wipes away the excess blood-and that's when things take a...festive turn.

Dr. Pimple Popper starts squeezing the area around the incision and thick, greenish goo starts oozing out. (Get it, St. Patricks Day?) She didnt stop there. The doctor wiped away the gunk and started squeezing again-and there was plenty more nasty that came oozing out. And then she did it again. Finally (mercifully!) she stitched the patient up. Whew.

Dr. Pimple Poppers reality show just wrapped up its second season but shes clearly been busy doing what she does best: popping sh*t. On Monday, she shared a video of herself popping a cyst that sprayed brown goo all over her clothes. And a few days before that, she shared a video of herself working on a baseball-sized growth (for her season finale) that had been festering for 10 freaking years.

Can we just take a minute to thank Dr. P for having the ability to do this stuff...and not totally lose her lunch?
