• Dr. Pimple Popper posted a new cyst-popping video to promote "relaxation" ahead of Cyber Monday shopping.
  • The cyst she popped looked like a cigarette butt.
  • She also posted a "sensitive content" video if you're looking for a little more heart-pumping action.

Relaxing looks a little different for everyone. Some people prefer to do a little yoga, while others like popping the heck out of cystsat least, thats apparently how Dr. Pimple Popper (a.k.a. Sandra Lee, MD) unwinds.

Dr. Pimple Popper just released two new videos on Instagram and apparently at least one is meant to help you mellow out. A little relaxation as we rest up for those Cyber Monday deals! she wrote in the caption . But once you click through to the video, you can see this isnt exactly a yoga sesh.

The video zeroes in on a patients cyst , which is massive, red, and pretty gnarly-looking. The doctor gets in there with her tweezers and starts digging around. She gives a little squeeze and goo the size of an eyeball comes out. Aaand shes not done. She shows it again in slow-mo. You know what it looks like? A cigarette butt, she says. That was a good one!

Not sure why thats supposed to be relaxing but hey, everyones different. Check out the action below:

If you're looking for something with a little more heart-pounding action for your Cyber Monday, well, Dr. P's next video has a sensitive content label slapped on it, so you know its good. Oh, and the doctor says its a Pilar cyst that just goes on and on and on, so .

And, OMG. Seriously, OMG. Once you click through, youre greeted with a close-up of someones head. Their hair is greasy (probably from cyst gunk), and the doctor immediately starts squeezing something nasty out of the cyst. Its long, thick, yellow, worm-like, and basically something straight out of a horror movie, i.e. NOT relaxing. She squeezes some more, wipes the gunk away, snips the base, and then pulls out something that looks like a toothfrom inside someones head.

TBH: Yoga seems like a way better way to unwind. Just saying.
