Dr. Pimple Popper dives right in and starts squeezing. She adds a bit of pressure and boom, out comes a blob of dark goo. It shoots out of the cyst and straight toward the doctor. She needs more than a splash mask to protect her from that.
This particular video is silent, so Dr. Pimple Popper doesn't add her reaction. She does, however, add a slow motion replay to ensure all her viewers saw every last messy bit from the best angle.
