Dr. Pimple Popper Just Popped A 'Pearl Onion' Out Of Her Patient's Head In New Instagram Video

Dr. Pimple Popper Pops 'Pearl Onion' Cyst
  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video, she treats a woman with a cyst bulging out of the top of her head.
  • The cyst is so big, you can easily see it through her hair.
  • Dr. Pimple Popper used her scalpel to slice into the bump, before squeezing the fully intact "pearl onion" cyst out.

There are a lot of crazy things that go on in the treatment room of dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper . Loyal Popaholics know to expect the unexpected when they tune into a new video. In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper is stretching her skills into another medical practice altogether. The dermatologist basically delivers a baby.

Don't worry, she's not actually becoming a gynecologist or switching professions. However, she does pop a huge cyst that she thinks looks a lot like a baby (and others compare to onions). Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the new video: "Sometimes youre just born perfect or maybe its popelline! #drpimplepopper"

The video begins with a good, clear view of her patient's head. There is a lot of hair, but there's no missing the huge cyst bulging out of the top. Dr. Pimple Popper slices into the cyst with her scalpel. Then, she drops her tools and starts squeezing. Almost instantly, the perfectly round cyst pops out on the surface of the scalp. "You just had a third baby," Dr. Pimple Popper shared as she assesses her work.

Dr. Pimple Popper got the party started with a clever pop culture reference, but her fans are getting more creative in the comments. There was one food comment: "So satisfying. Like a pearl onion popping out." One fan shared, "It was a perfect ." Another Popaholic wrote, "Pop it like its hot!!" That is just what Dr. Pimple Popper did.
