- Dr. Pimple Popper (a.k.a. Sandra Lee, MD) just shared a new video with a bride-to-be patient on her Instagram account.
- In the video, Dr. Pimple Popper removes a cyst on her patient's back that spews out an off-white substance.
- The bride was only days away from her wedding when she had the cyst removed.
In her latest masterpiece, Dr. Pimple Popper, a.k.a. dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, squeezes out lots of thick part-white, part-gray gunk from a cyst on her patient's back. But this isn't any old patient...this one's a bride-to-be and is only days from walking down the aisle in the video.

Per Dr. P's caption, this pesky cyst "wasn't the #somethingold she wanted for her wedding day." Ummm, not that a pus-filled bump is anyone's idea of a something old, but, hey, good one, Dr. P.
Like the superwoman derm she is, Dr. P saves the bride from having to say "I Do" to forever with her partner...and, well, this cyst too. Wasting zero time, Dr. Pimple Popper gets straight to work as the video begins with her gloved fingers surrounding the nodule and saying to her patient, "I'm going to squeeze you okay? Make sure we're not hurting you too bad. I'm just squeezing your back." While you can't really make out what the patient says in response, I imagine it's something like, "Bring it on, doc. Any pain is worth being cyst-free on my wedding day." Or at least that's what I'd be thinking... What starts off a bit slowly quickly accelerates into a super-satisfying squeeze as Dr. P continues to press around the cyst. First, a little peek of gunk (hey little guy!) and then, as the cyst acquiesces to Dr. P's increasing pressure, an off-white substances starts pouring out in sections, each like a tiny piece of cauliflower that stacks on top of the previous pus particle to create a mound of magic, errr, yuck.
The lesson in today's video? Contrary to what My Big Fat Greek Wedding might have you believe, Windex has nothing on Dr. Pimple Popper when it comes to curing wedding acne.
