• Dr. Pimple Popper just posted an Instagram video extracting some "juicy" steatocystomas.
  • In the video, she squeezes out tons of liquid-y yellow gunk she describes as lemonade.
  • A steatocystoma is an often benign cyst that can develop in multiples known as steatocystoma multiplex.

If you're a dedicated fan of Dr. Pimple Popper (a.k.a. Sandra Lee, MD), you know that she has a few loyal patients who are always poppin' up in her office (and, thereby, your feed). One such Dr. Pimple Popper vet? "Momma Squishy," a woman known for her, well, squishy steatocystomas and the star of Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video.

Before you even press play, you know that you're in for some seriously juicy content as the caption reads, "Bringing out those bright #summer colors today with #mommasquishy! #lemonade #steatocystoma." I mean is there anything juicier than a good ole glass of lemonade?

Not only are steatocystomas one of the juiciest squeezes in Dr. Pimple Popper's roladex, but lemonade-esque steatocystomas? Oh yeah, it's going to be a good one...

But, first, quick derm 101 reminder: a steatocystoma is a benign cyst that can develop in multiples known as steatocystoma multiplex. They're made up of an oily, yellowish substance known as sebum.

As the masterpiece begins, Dr. Pimple Popper is already in popping position with her index fingers on either side of a little bump and immediately starts pushing out a little nugget of gold.

She then calls on her handy tweezers to pick out the cyst's sack and, get this (!!), in a series of super satisfying events is able to pull out the sac in one swift motion. Annnnd it still has plenty of goop lodged inside. Even Momma Squishy is amazed, exclaiming, "Wow, it's so incredible!" As are all of the other squeezes, btw.

Out of the next steatocystoma comes a golden yellow river of gunk that folds on top of itself like a ribbon. Another "Wow!" from Momma Squishy, who continues to comment on her pesky skin problems: "It's funny. Some are super liquidy and some are thicker..."

Dr. Pimple Popper jumps in, saying "Some of them are cysts, then you had a lipoma. It's just all very unusual and strange."

"Yeah, I have a hodgepodge."

"Yes, you do. You grow a little garden there."

A garden of lemons! Get it?
