When all is said and done, this DIY dwelling, better known as Eagle Vista, measures a grand total of 1,336 square feet (!!), complete with three bedrooms , two bathrooms, a kitchen, and plenty of living-dining-playing-whatever-you-want space. Seriously, you can customize this bad boy to your liking (and, of course, as the experts allow) since each Eagle Vista cabin is built per customer order.
Just in case you're having trouble thinking outside of the box right now, the cabin kit creators at Allwood have your back. After all, this is not their first DIY rodeo given their other creations like the tiny home with a seriously stand-out loft and the wagon-esque cottage on wheels .
Per Allwood's website : While the outside walls cannot be changed, go ahead and add some more windows and/or doors. Not a fan of the current room sizes? Dare to play with dimensions as you please. Heck, you can even add wall planks to make your Eagle Vista that much more eco-friendly and winter-prepared. (Quick refresher: the thicker the walls, the more insulated and, thus, energy efficient the home .)

But each of these bonuses come at an added price that's tacked onto the $64,650 tag on Amazon. It's also important to note that due to the size and height of this spruce structure, Allwood recommends assembly by a professional crew, which you, as an avid HGTV watcher, know very well can come at quite the cost. That being said, if you can somehow gather a group of builder buds who know their stuff, then, hey, go get your hands dirty! Just remember what mom always said: Read. The. Instructions.
