Russia is the latest stop on J. Lo's "I turned 50 and hell yes I'm still every bit the badass I've always been" tour. (Okay, maybe it's officially called the "It's My Party" tour , but still...) While bae Alex Rodriguez couldn't join Jennifer Lopez this time around, A-Rod couldn't help but post about how he's missing her.

"Baby, I know youve been killing it in Russia and youve got one more show to go," the baseball star captioned the post above. "Miss you and I cant wait to see you back at home! #SeeYouSoon #Macha13."

First of all, that's sweet. Second of all, holy J. Lo abs ! It's no secret that J. Lo goes HARD in the gym . Both she and A-Rod have said they love TruFusion , a fitness studio with a variety of classes including yoga and bootcamp in rooms heated to up to 120 degrees. They also did a 10-Day Wedding Workout Challenge together .

J. Lo's also been hitting the gym extra-hard to prep for her role as a pole dancer in the upcoming movie Hustlers .

In addition to being workout buddies, A-Rod and J. Lo have also done different diets together. They've tried fasted cardio and also went on a 10-day diet challenge that was no-sugar, low-carb earlier this year.
