Get a workout buddy. Halle shares pics on Instagram of herself and Thomas working out together all the timeand she says having a workout buddy is crucial. "It's often easier to workout with a partner. A partner holds you accountable so you won't quit halfway through. "Not ONLY do tire workouts effectively challenge you, bringing out the badass warrior that you are, they are the perfect way to work on both physique AND cardio. Make your own exercise equipment. In a Fitness Friday video on Instagram, Halle and Thomas demo her five go-to exercises for abs. Consider keto. Halle has been open about the fact that she uses keto to manage her diabetes. "Being diabetic most of my life, I have always had to take food very seriously. The keto lifestyle offers so many benefits such as weight loss, (moms that's how we get rid of our baby bellies), appetite control, more energy and better mental performance. Try boxing. "Boxing is still considered one of the best full-body workouts," Halle wrote on Instagram , next to photos of herself and her trainer, Thomas, looking like boxing champs. "You'll sculpt every muscle and burn major calories and fat. It dramatically decreases stress levels, develops hand-eye coordination, and builds confidence and discipline. Shock your system. "Many of us get stuck in our fitness routines and do the same circuits over and over each week," Halle wrote on Instagram . "We do the same exercises for legs, the same for upper body, the same for abs and so on and then we wonder why we dont see any real change in our body. Well, here is the answer. Supplement with amino acids. Thomas told Hollywood Life that Halle takes Master Amino Pattern by a company called Purium. "Essentially it is the actual amino acids that build muscle, not the actual food source, because the food first needs to be converted into amino acids to create the muscle," he said. "If you imagine your body as a freeway system, these amino acids go straight onto the freeway. "If I had to choose eat right or exercise, I would always go with eating right," she said.
