There are refreshing ways to enhance fertility in both men and women the all natural way.

Infertility has become a great issue and a major health concern but it can be prevented just by eating right. Some foods are loaded with health benefits we cant even think about; all you need to do is just eat them! Chewing on fresh, crispy and tasty food/fruits has never hurt anyone! Load up on these edibles to improve fertility-at little or no cost.

1. Bananas

Bananas are amongst their various benefits loaded with Vitamin B6 which keeps hormones normal and ensure proper sperm and egg development.

2. Vegetables

3. Whole Grains

7. Oysters

Oysters are often seen as aphrodisiac but they are equally good for fertility because of their richness in zinc which improves sperm quality, in vitamin D known to moderate glucose and tone up the uterus and B12.
