Trying to look perfect for your wedding is quite normal, but it is really stressful and near impossible to do with your jam-packed schedule, seemingly non-stop appointments and, all the troubles that involve planning a planning a wedding.

Though it is near impossible, it is still possible with the following easy-to-squeeze-in tricks will help you look your best on your big day.

  1. Avoid alcohol- With all the stress that comes with wedding planning, it is quite easy to have a drink or two, but this will only help add on the pounds you are struggling to lose due to alcohol's empty calories. Remember that some brides have cut out alcohol three weeks before their wedding, and lost six pounds.

  2. Increase the workouts- New York City trainer, David Kirsch, suggests quick sessions of squats, stretches, or push-ups throughout the day. "These little things add up and help keep you mindful of your end goal." The trick is to shock your system into losing those last stubborn pounds by adding a weekly "double session" workout.

  3. Have an eating plan- Just as you have a plan for your wedding, have a plan in order to eat healthy and properly, this will prevent you from grabbing whatever is available.

  4. Snack healthy-Lisa Young, adjunct professor of nutrition at New York University, says, "you want something rich in either protein or fiber so you feel fuller longer." So, have apples, pears, nuts and other healthy choices.
