As expected, Melania Knauss wedding to Billionaire Donald Trump in 2005 was as extravagant as weddings come, even by todays standards.

Everything about that ceremony in Florida was totally mind-blowing -  the venue, the decor, the guest list and... the bride's dress.

Melania Trump's dress was a stunning Christian Dior Piece with extravagant embroidery that took an astonishing 550 hours to complete. So amazing was it that it covered and had a 14-page feature in Vogue Magazine.

The sleeveless design was made with 300 ft of duchesse satin and the bride's regal look for the ceremony was completed with with a 16 ft veil! [Talk about wedding like a queen!]

Of course, for a dress with such amazing details, the price was a whooping $100k!

To make that even more interesting, if the new FLOTUS would get married in Nigeria today wearing that same dress, she would be paying something around ₦38.7M for it!

Dollar Times says "$100K in 2005 had the same buying power as $126,869.15 in 2017"

Later at the reception ceremony, which took place in Donald Trump's $35M house, the bride changed into a Vera Wang silk and tulle dress, with a leg slit.

According to Express UK, the total cost of Donald and Melania Trump's wedding ceremony was an estimated $1M!
