Some people sometimes like to add a little bit of spice in their life because they are tired of the usual and find them boring.

Some have bucket lists; naughty things to do lists; step out of your comfort zone lists and these lists go on and on… Have you thought of the fact that there is always someone you tend to remember at a party either for good or for bad? If you fancy that and like the idea of being remembered and talked of after a party for whatever reason then I guarantee that incorporating the below into your personality at any gathering will fetch you some recognition and we will remember you even after the party is over.

Dress to match

Yes you can nail this. Dress to match from head to toe even if they don’t coordinate. Your eyeshadow can match those shoes and the shoes should match the jewelleries. Just appear in beaming matching colours and who cares about it blending or coordinating?

Give up the glass and drink from the bottle

Why sip your drink from a cup when you can gulp it faster directly from the bottle. Who cares! It tastes better drinking directly from the bottle but make sure you nod to the music in the background while enjoying your bottle of …

Keep taking selfies with a selfie stick all through the party with different poses and facial expressions

I am sure you must have come across a selfie queen at a party who snaps herself all through the party and occasionally smiles when she sees others laughing just not to be left out even though she has no clue what the joke is about. Hey it can be you! Bring out your selfie stick and attach your phone and keep the snaps rolling and ensure you change your style always. This will guarantee you to be noticed and referred to long after the party is over.

Carry an extra bag and plates for takeaways

Don’t be shy, you will need to come prepared should the host have no provision made for people like you. Bring out those plates and make sure every bit of the delicacies served at the party is represented in your personal takeaway bowls. Hold an extra bag to accommodate the plates.

Ignore any kind of stare and forge ahead to that most important table full of yummies. Those stares won’t follow you home when you have removed all your slay attire to settle with your bowl of yummies.

Just keep moving around the party room

Sometimes, you find someone who moves up and down at a party so much that it becomes distracting. Hey it can be you! Remember you are trying to get noticed in a ridiculous way and that people remember you after the party.

Make yourself an unofficial patrol officer and patrol the entire room more times than you can count and take selfies why doing that. Remember your dress to match is speaking for itself. What a fun party!

Continue with your loud chat when the room is quiet

Just make up gist if you don’t have already prepared one before arriving. Don’t give a hoot when everyone is asked to be silent as the MC is speaking. Chat your way into the ears of others and they will remember you even after you are gone from the party.

Photobomb as much as you can

As a selfie queen, make sure that there is no group photo that anyone is going home with that doesn’t show you in the background.

Ask people you just met at the party for their phone numbers and social media contacts

You can’t end your stay at the party without exchanging contacts. If they don’t care about yours, care enough to collect theirs. You can start from row A to row Z. The more the contacts the merrier.

Dance like you are the only one in the room

When it’s time to dance, no holds barred. We are not watching you so feel at home.
