The beauty - eight-carat cushion-cut diamond ring, is said to be worth about $130,000, Brides.com reports.
Speaking of how he proposed, the brother of award-winning R&B singer Brandy, says it took place on an airport tarmac in front of a private plane.
"It was all a surprise, she had no idea, We were going to Arizona. I got the private jet and called her best friends and parents to come out the day after Christmas, and they hid on the plane," he explained.
"I pulled out the ring and I started crying, She's a true ride-or-die woman for me," the singer added.
