Married harlot

The wealthy man though, has a lot to do, yet, he never deprived her of his love nor time. He prioritized her welfare, provided free medical facilities with the world best Doctor just to make her happy. He enlarged her coast that everyone knew she was blessed indeed as she became the envy of many people; even beyond her country shores.

No one dared plot evil against her, not even against her children, because of the legion of able-bodied men that accompanied them wherever they went. In spite of all these things...she still cheated on this compassionate and loving man, till she was loose and became an harlot. I know you understand what I'm talking about. This wealthy man got to know and thus, became unhappy.

He even sent her loads of messages pleading her to desist from the act, as he saw all she did in the camera with a mighty CCTV installed all around his big mansion. She toyed too much with his emotion because she realised the depth of his love for her.

Many of us are like this ungrateful wife whom the Lord has satisfied with good things of life. Salvation is a great price that we have been granted freely by God through Jesus his only son yet, we've continued to play the harlot!

Christian nowadays rejoice in backsliding and call it the normal way of life. Please tell me, will you claim to love a man and all you do is to continually jilt him? We have completely turned away from the truth of the gospel, now found serving tables.

What people carry about on their heads is Holiness; they are seen and respected as priest and meekest of all by people outside while in the secret, they are refuse dump sites. They hide under the ambience of Christianity to perpetuate wickedness in the secret but they are wolves in sheep's clothing.

I'm married to you!

Have you not heard that you cannot serve two masters? You rather love the one and hate the other. See, God is not mocked neither can anyone fool Him, you're either here or there; you can't be in two places at the same time. Enough of feigning our faith as Christians in this dispensation where others are enjoying the outpouring of the riches of His Spirit. Enough of being a whore, stop playing the harlot!

Have you forgotten that you were bought with a price? A priceless price for that matter. Why then should we keep perverting this price paid to get us translated out of darkness into the kingdom of his dear son? This price is a privilege, it is! Some have been destined to miss out of being bought with this great price but you having it, keep making God regret why He has chosen you to be a partaker of those bought with this price. A rare privilege bestowed.

Maybe you didn't know. Let me bring down my voice; you are a married believer! Oh, the Bible says in the book of Jeremiah 3:14; "Turn, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married to you.." I'm not talking about your earthly marital status, in as much as you've surrendered your life to Jesus, you are married. Now, stop being a married harlot.

So many of our brethren today, only surrendered the life to Jesus Christ but have withheld their hearts from him, paying only lip service (Rom 10:10). Heart is the depth and source of a true but genuine love, not by just speaking it. It emanates from action. John the Beloved warned us against loving God with our mouth or tongue but to rather love Him with our actions (1 John 3:18).

The character of some brothers in the church is worse than that of an infidel. Some Pastors will be preaching on the alter and certain sisters will laugh at them from inside because they have eaten the forbidden fruit even in the HOUSE OF GOD! They have played both spiritual and matrimonial harlot.

I hope you've read or heard about the marriage supper of the Lamb where Jesus is the bridegroom while we are the bride; a glorious day of event it will surely be, where joy unspeakable is the order of the day, oh that great day! With the extent of greatness on this day, no defaulter will have the opportunity to enter into that glorious place full of splendor and pleasures. No married harlot who has messed up his/her garment will be allowed in. So, choose your lot.

As a mentor, protégées are keenly following your foot steps, for they tend to do what they see you do. Note that your actions are as delicate as much as they are important; so as not to fall those behind you into a pit. Ignorantly, many spiritual mentors are staggering at the faith, forgetting that they have people looking up to them whereas, the.mentees have gone far from the Lord because you as the mentor didn't take heed lest you fall. We've overheard that the society now looks at us as the walking Bible and our conduct is pivotal to their salvation. Let us avoid anything that will make them see us as married harlots.

I watch with torment of heart, how the few of the so-called Christians who managed to hold leadership positions, go there to disgrace the faith. Where has our shining light gone to? Has the battery gone out? Remember, it's not a torch but a shining light that is supposed to show others the way amidst darkness. We are to be distinct from the world and make positive impact. We live in the world but we are not of the world; we're of God. Let us showcase the meaning of true discipleship to the feigning Christians so that they can come back home. Stop playing the harlot! Be chaste and make God happy getting espoused to you.

"Wherefore, seeing we are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us" (Heb 12:1).

Be wary of your flesh before it ruins you.

Cloud of witnesses are waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God. We can't afford to disgrace destiny. No! We can't afford to bring shame to our generation. It's time to stop jumping from one miracle centres to the other and face God koinonially; time to face God squarely in spirit and in truth. It's high time you dealt with that covetousness, that little pride will ruin you if you fail to cage it now. Watch that libido cut off your glorious destiny if you don't padlock it, that evil thought and sexual perverted imagination will only truncate your beaming future. Be wise.

It will surprise you to know that God is yet to bless some people with riches because He has weighed their hearts and found that they will backslide. How did I know this? ".....when I had fed them to the full, they then committed adultery, and assembled themselves by troops in the harlot's houses" (Jer 5:7). Some people will even go to the extent of extorting others, bossing people, even sleep with their neighbour's wife because of riches (Jer 5:8), thereby making money their god.

Brother, you need to be broken and stop deceiving yourself as being righteous. Circumcise your heart; remove the stony part because it only brings destruction; you can ask Pharaoh. You need not to be rising and falling. This is the time to take that urgent decision. My mentor said something; "When those sisters show you their cleavages, just know that they want to embrace Jesus but don't know how to. Your job is to lead them unto Jesus, not into your bedroom". You're married, stop bearing that bad name: the married harlot!

God has given us the Bible for an example and even some events witnessed around us so that we won't make the same mistake ( 1 Cor 10). All these examples are clear pointers that no man can betray God and go scot-free. If you are WILLING and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land. You can be obedient but not willing, God needs to be revered and served with a willing heart, that's when you can enjoy and experience the depth of the revelation and true self.

Elder sir, don't think you can cheat on your business partner or refuse to pay the salary of your workers and think God will accept your tithe and offering; God calls you a wicked man (Jer 5:26). The word of God says your burnt offerings are not acceptable, nor your sacrifice subject into Him (Jer 6:20). Unless you make amend, you're playing the harlot.

Oodles of brethren have fallen in love with money that they've rated it higher than their service to God. See, who you run after is who you serve! When you run after money, you become a servant to money and can never be satisfied with it. Only seek God, serve Him with your money (Matt 6:33), the rest will be full of smiling.

False Prophets have continued to gather momentum because we've failed to see ourselves as a god and what will be the result? We die as mortal men. People takes pleasure in swallowing lies, that's why they've been deceived by false prophecies. My sister, you have been deceived enough, it's time to return to the true God, your darling husband. Leave that seducer alone and cleave unto who you're married to, the one who paid your dowry.

Lack of repentance is lack of mercy

I know this isn't the first message telling you to stop playing the harlot, but don't you think it is compelling and important that you embrace this privilege to return to your lover?

You may think you've really gone far from Him and do not deserve the love anymore. Worry not! His wrath is but for a moment, in His favour is life. His grace is sufficient for you and He's ever ready to bring you back to the new Garden of Eden where love reigns endlessly.

May I shock you? Lack of repentance equals lack of mercy. It even equals arrogancy. It will only make you be at the mercy of vipers and devourers who are ever ready to destroy harvest when it is ripe and strangle belongings (peace, health etc) that are not hidden in the secret place of the Most High (Jer 5:15-17). Let me be frank with you, God will allow them!!!

Yet, His wrath endureth but for a moment, in His favour is life. His mercy never fails only if you're ready to stop being a MARRIED HARLOT.

"Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls..."(Jer 6:16).

Stop the harlot play today and cleave back to your first love. Let Holiness be your embrace and sustain your relationship with God.
