Check out their amazing wedding pictures taken by the incredible Carrot Photography, their love story and their heartwarming toast.

Linda and Micheal

Love is a really a divine thing, here is why;

How They Met From the Groom;

"Meeting  was quite an interesting story.  Some six years ago while on a shopping spree in the most populous mall in the city of Abuja, 411 Mall, I came across . Isn’t it quite remarkable that meeting with your better half in a populous mall with hundreds of different faces can only be a divinely designed meeting? Often times in the course of life, the best bargains are made when you least expected. For me, that was the bargain of a lifetime. Life for and I ever after has been an adventure of some sorts. I remember one of such remarkable adventures was our trip from Katsina back to Abuja.

This trip was a decider and a true test for our new friendship- one friendship I can describe as real steel.  While on this trip back to Abuja, I can vividly remember how life happened to us and we were left with nothing save our small-sized car nicknamed Obrembo, a loaf of bread and a bottle of water. It is at defining moments as this that you know if you are in the right company.  By mutual consent, we agreed to trade the back seats in Obrembo for some money. We took turns beckoning on stranded travellers on the Katsina-Abuja express road. ’s words reechoed,’ Tough times never last but tough people do.’ We alternated roles. At some point I was the driver and at some other points she was the conductor.

For and I, being able to share a loaf of bread and a bottle of water together in our desperate moments revealed an insightful perspective to a friendship built on support, love, interdependence, business and exchange of functional ideas }"

The Toast:

"Ladies and gentlemen, this is indeed a happy occasion and without a doubt the happiest day for and . I must say that they are a wonderful couple. An English Poet once said, "God creates new worlds each day by causing marriages to take place.” Indeed, & have begun the creation of a new world today.

This union we have witnessed today started six years ago, when & both met in the most populous mall in the city of Abuja. It must have taken diligence and deliberateness to have found each other. It looked like both & l knew that the would meet. I can't tell who saw who first, but I can tell the story that followed afterwards. The story of friendship, relationship, courtship &companionship.

They both have a rich storyline. In a journey from Katsina back to Abuja, left with nothing but friendship, & have had to share a bottle of water and a loaf of bread together while they traded the back seats of their 6 by 4 sized car called Obrembo for some cash. This indeed symbolizes that the bride & groom are supportive & made for each other.

Friends, as we raise our glasses to wish them well, let us remember how privileged we are to be a part of the opening scene of what promises to be a beautiful story, played with love and affection on the stage of life- a story without an end!

Ladies & Gentlemen - let us rise and drink a toast to the happy couple. A toast to their continued happiness, joy, good health, long life & prosperity. May they live together in the spirit of togetherness!"

Micheal and Linda tied the knot on the 23rd of May with friends and family as witnesses, and we could not be happier.

Happy Married Life to the lucky couple!
