We understand that money is not everything in a relationship or marriage.

However, just like every other important element of marriage – love, satisfying sex, faithfulness, commitment, etc – finances cannot be overlooked when you’re thinking of settling down with the woman of your dreams.

There is a popular belief that Nigerian women love marrying only guys with deep pockets.

It is therefore quite surprising to find out that there is a possibility that people will consider marrying a guy that earns just ₦50k.

46.7% of voters in that poll say once a guy’s monthly income is up to 50k, he’s ready to marry.

The remaining 3.3% say anyone who does not earn up to ₦500k monthly has no business thinking about marriage.
