A bridesmaid from Britain was killed in a terrible car crash as she drove to final dress fitting for her sister's upcoming wedding.

29-yr-old Alison Kelly died just days before her older sister's wedding ceremony in a three-way crash.

Kelly has been described by her heartbroken family as a caring animal lover.

The equestrian who worked with the animals and died near the city of Portsmouth, England, has been paid tributes from her bosses and co-workers.

"She was very popular with the staff, children and liveries, she loved the horses, she was dedicated, worked hard and was very loyal," said Gemma Porter-Rawlings, manager of Shardeloes Equestrian Centre where Ally worked.

"She was one of those people who was full of life and fun, endlessly positive, she was always able to see the positive in everyone and she was cheerful."

Reports say a man driving a second vehicle was injured and was airlifted to the Royal London Hospital. The driver of the third vehicle was not injured.
