18-yr-old Luke Blanock from Pennsylvania wed his highschool sweetheart, Natalie Britvich in a 200 person ceremony. Members of the Canonsburg, Pennsylvania community had donated everything the teenagers needed for their wedding.
"It was very happy, very high energy. Luke was healthy enough to walk down the aisle by himself, without his crutches, it was really beautiful," Luke's uncle, Patrick Goode, who attended the wedding, told ABC News.
Luke - a former high school basketball and baseball star was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma, a rare bone cancer in December of 2013, a Go Fund Me page was then created by his parents, and according to the page, the cancer had spread and its terminal.
The wedding planner who had organised the event, Ashley Cyprowski, told ABC News how thankful she was to the community who really came together to put this wedding. There were about 200 guests who came to celebrate.
"We got a ton of donations. The flowers, the reception hall itself, just a lot of people came together from our local community and donated their time, their services, and their goods," Cyprowski said, noting that "With all their medical expenses they don't have a lot to spend on something like this."
"I've never seen the family as happy as they were that day. Luke was so high energy, he was just glowing,"she said.
