Actor's Fiancée To Be Dressed By Kate Middleton's Designer

UsWeekly on Wednesday, reported that 36-year-old lawyer, Amal Alamuddin, will wed Hollywood actor, George Clooney, 53, in a gown designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen.

Burton is the same designer who created Kate Middleton's impressive lace wedding dress when she married Prince William in 2011.

The 'Alamuddin-Clooney' nuptials will hold this Saturday in Venice, Italy.

This news shouldn't come as too much of a surprise to clever eyed fans. Alamuddin was seen leaving a McQueen office in London on September 3 with a friend in tow.

The attorney was smiling as she exited the building in a red print jumpsuit and large pink purse.

The brunette may also wear a Monique Lhuillier gown to her after party on Sunday, added a source.

This comes on the heels of the news that Clooney will wear Armani.

On Thursday Giorgio Armani announced at his Emporio Armani show during Milan Fashion Week that he's dressing the ER star.

'George has chosen and been fitted for an Armani suit for his wedding,' the Italian fashion designer said according to People, which got it's information from Italian TV reporters at the show.

A designer for Armani was spotted visiting the Oceans' Eleven actor at his home on Italy's Lake Como earlier this month. And on Monday the star's assistant was seen at Armani headquarters in Milan. Also, the Kentucky native has for many years worn the iconic Italian designer's clothes to big awards shows like the Oscars.

On Wednesday Us Weekly reported George wants only a few dozen guests to attend his September 27 wedding.

'He wanted just 60 genuine friends and family,' a source told the publication,' adding that his Ocean's Eleven co-star Matt Damon and his wife Luciana along with best pal Rande Gerber and his wife Cindy Crawford have made the cut. But it is still unclear if Brad Pitt and wife Angelina Jolie will be among the guests.

On Friday, George and Amal will reportedly hold a 'casual' dinner at the Hotel Cipriani where suites start at $1,490 per night.

The next morning, the couple plan to don formal attire and head to the Aman Canal Grande Venice hotel to tie the knot at 11am, according to the website.
