Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Celebrate 4/20 on Instagram With a ‘Sticky’ Back Cyst

If juicy extractions tend to be what youre after when Dr. Pimple Popper posts new material, you might just want to turn around right now. This aint it. In a new, ahem, holiday-themed Instagram video posted special for 4/20, dermatologist Dr. Sandra Lee, MD, shared the least juiciest-but definitely the stickiest-extraction in recent history.

Dr. Pimple Popper Extracts 'Sticky' Back Cyst

My most appropriate blackhead for this day, 4/20. Happy weekend! she wrote.

What she extracts is basically a gunky, dried-out carcass of a cysts innards that vaguely resembles a weed nugget. This has been here for a while-I think its stuck on you! she says, poking at the growth with her comedone extractor. Its dried up, she adds, before abandoning her tool to squeeze the cyst as hard as she can with both hands.

It's a valiant effort, and with time, she manages to drain it and stitch her patient back up. Back cysts are incredibly common, and they're generally caused by the same stuff that causes acne anywhere on your body, Joshua Zeichner , M.D., the director of cosmetic and clinical research at Mount Sinai Hospital's department of dermatology, previously told Men's Health . (If you're trying to figure out how to get rid of back acne, we've got some advice for that, too.) Merely popping these back cysts, however, isnt always enough to guarantee they wont make another appearance. Thats why, near the end of the video, Dr. Lee also removes the little sac that contained it.

Your skin kind of grows inwards, she says, and you get this little sac and it flakes into that.
