This Strongman Had to Drink Eddie Hall's Sweat After Losing a Cardio Challenge

Workout challenges are incredibly common, but this one definitely takes things a little far. Three noted strongmen documented their grueling cardio workout, which ended in a repulsive competition: The loser had to drink sweat

The Loser in This Strongman Challenge Drinks Sweat

Strongman Eddie The Beast Hall, who was 2017s Worlds Strongest Man, posted the questionable challenge on his YouTube channel. He was joined by the Stoltman brothers, Tom and Luke, who are famous strongmen hailing from Scotland. Tom has won the title of Scotlands Strongest Man twice, while Luke has won the title five times.

The trio start off with an intense cardio workout, working up a serious sweat. Hall then decides to challenge the brothers to a disgusting challenge. The three men ring their sweat into individual cups. The one who sweat the least during the half hour cardio session has to wait for it drink all of the sweat collected from the three strongmen. Hall refers to it as "three men, one cup."

Look at us trying to desperately get every ounce out, Hall says as the men ring their shirts into the cups. No one wants to drink it.

Ultimately, Tom Stoltman loses, downing the sweat as the other men gag in the background. He even waterfalls it into his mouth, providing a close-up shot of the sweat in the process. Stoltman somehow manages to keep down the collected sweat like a champ or, rather, loser in this case.

The challenge certainly begs the question: Is drinking sweat dangerous? According to experts from the International Hyperhidrosis Society , sweat should be OK to drink in small quantities , as it is mostly water and salt your body expels as waste. What you really have to worry about is bacteria, so hopefully these buddies were freshly showered before collecting their sweaty beverage.

A tip: If your friends try to make you drink sweat as punishment, consider getting new friends.

Watch Halls head actually steam from the grueling workout at the 5:12 mark, and then watch the challenge (if you dare) at the 7:30 mark.
