This whisky company is offering the "greatest interview in the world"

Three people will have the opportunity to travel to nine cities around the world.

At the end, if we're lucky, we're rewarded with the position. However, Grant's Whisky, a family distilling company in search of its next "Global Brand Ambassador," is taking the process and payoff one step further by offering "the greatest interview in the world," an opportunity that includes an all-expenses paid trip around the world in lieu of a final round of interviews.

Why? According to Global Brand Director Oliver Dickson, the company believes this wrinkle will help them find a stand-out candidate for the coveted role.

"The role goes way beyond being able to make great cocktails," he said in a press release. "We’re looking for somebody to embody the ‘Stand Together’ spirit of the brand and who can spearhead Grant’s into the next stage of its global journey."

The position "offers travel, freedom, independence, and a good salary," and applications for it are due August 30. Per Travel + Leisure, only those who are 25 years of age or older may apply. The company also put together a brief video promoting the interview, providing a glimpse of all the exciting adventures in store for this experience.

The entire process is comprised of three rounds: In the first, you'll be tasked with concocting a drink that combines two elements of your personality with the brand's signature whisky.

If you make it to the next round, you'll join 19 other people in a trip to Scotland, where you'll visit the flagship distillery, and compete in a number of different challenges.

Should you come out on top, you and two other finalists will each be sent to three different cities in countries around the world—including Colombia, Poland, India, Taiwan, and South Africa—where you'll each have to organize major promotional events for the brand.

From there, the person who comes up with the events most representative of the company's spirit will win the job.

So, it won't just be fun and games, but it certainly beats sitting in an office as you sweat out a round of questions from your potential employer.
