NFL Star Julian Edelman Teams Up With Planet Fitness to Host Live At-Home Workout

The Edelman workout will be a 20-minute, equipment-free muscle burner. The receiver will go live on Planet Fitness' Facebook page at 7 p.m. EST. Planet Fitness has also been streaming live (and free) 'work-ins' every day at 7 p.m. EST. With fan-favorite Edelman on board to host, this one is bound to be extra special and entertaining.

People are pumped about the opportunity to sweat with a football star.

During quarantine, Edelman been advocating for his fans and followers to #stayhome during this time.
