There will always be those people that like to one-up everyone else in the room. Remember the kid in your 10th grade algebra class that constantly flaunted his 102% on tests? You’ll run into someone like that in all areas of your life—and the gym is no exception.

We’re talking about the guy that juggles 50-pound dumbbells in his spare time, the dude who flips tires on his lunch break, and the gal who can twist her body into a pretzel while doing a handstand. And while you may gawk at their extreme dedication, we’re here to celebrate it.

As a testament to the fitness freaks taking over the Internet, we’re going to bring you the seemingly impossible, the ridiculous, and the unbelievably impressive happenings of the fitness world every Friday.

Some will inspire you, some will make you question the laws of gravity, and others will leave your mouth hanging open so wide that you’ll forget how to chew properly. Here are the craziest fitness feats of the week:

FITNESS FEAT #1: Dan Smith took leg day to the next level by combining the most weight he’s ever pressed with the weight of a full grown man, totaling 860 pounds. “I might have pooped a little,” he writes on Instagram. We don’t blame you, man.

FITNESS FEAT #2: As he notes in his Instagram bio, Zach Ruhl is “a good ol’ Texas boy that likes lifting heavy shit.” The man doesn’t have any legs, but those arms? Jacked.

FITNESS FEAT #3: In an act of pure balance and strength, Russian native Alexander Khokhlov manages to overhead squat about 230 pounds with one arm. His form isn’t perfect, but you know, we’ll let it slide this time.FITNESS FEAT #4: Mikey Witous might be a dwarf, but that didn’t stop him from pursuing his love for CrossFit. In fact, it just makes him the self-proclaimed #FittestDwarfonEarth. Here he is squatting 475 pounds, breaking his personal record by 20 pounds.

FITNESS FEAT #5: Four people, one flip. Even though this trampoline show group makes the stunt look easy, we strongly advise that you don’t try this at home.
