The two A-listers did their Memorial Day the right way.

The physical fitness challenge calls for a mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, and then another mile run. All of this is grueling enough, but you’re also supposed to do it in a 20-pound vest or body armor.

The challenge helps raise money for the Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation, which has brought in more than $800,000 over the past three years. Participants can donate money and upload their workout time to the challenge’s website. The five fastest men and five fastest women will be recognized for their achievements. And more importantly, the foundation will give out 22 or more scholarships each year.

We’re not sure exactly how Krasinski and Pratt fared, as they uploaded a video discussing the challenge after the fact, but they’ve helped raise awareness for the cause by posting for their combined 13 million Instagram followers. (And if you're impressed by that, then you'll definitely be inspired by these Instagram accounts.) 12 million of those are Pratt’s, but hey, who’s counting? Save that accounting for the pull ups, pushups, and squats.
