10 Basic Tips For A Balanced Living

Glean tips to help you in every day living.

To improve your lifestyle (and consequently health& wealth) and ultimately your self  esteem there are factors to live by every day.

1) Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day to keep your body hydrated.

2) Get at least 8 hours of sleep at night to allow your body rest which helps the skin restore itself.

3) Eat lots of fruits and vegetables!

4) Workout at least 3 times a week to keep your body in shape and sweat out toxins.

5) Add a basic skin-care routine.

6) Change your bed sheets at least every week to minimize bacteria from getting on your skin, causing you to break out.

7) Use Multivitamins.

8) Don't spend more than you earn.

9) Make a career choice.

10) Enjoy a great sex life.
