Ingredients
1 cup of cubed mango or mango slices
1/4 cup of tiger nut milk
1/4 teaspoon of grated ginger

Instructions
1. In a blender, blend the tiger nut milk, mango and ginger till smooth.
2. Pour in a glass and allow to settle.
3. Pour a tablespoon of tiger nut milk over the mango mix and design with a toothpick.
