- 1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 small handful of spinach
- 1 scoop vanilla pea protein powder (or 2 – 3 tbsp hemp seeds)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds (or flax oil)
- 1 date, pitted
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice, as needed
