Ingredients1 green papaya, unripened, peeled and seeds removed1 medium-sized cucumber, unpeeled1 green apple, unpeeledA handful of mint1 tsp raw honey1 tsp ground cinnamon
DirectionsAlways buy your papayas green and juice them before they have ripened. Don’t let them ripen, as most of the healing benefits are found in its green body.
Juice the papaya together with the cucumber and the apple and add the mint at the end. Finish off by adding the raw honey and cinnamon. Drink immediately or pour into an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 12 hours.
