Ingredients4 large carrots, peeled A thumb-sized piece of fresh root ginger, unpeeled A pinch of turmeric
DirectionsJuice half the carrots with the ginger, and then add the rest of the carrots. Finally, add a pinch of turmeric on top.
Drink immediately or pour into an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 12 hours.
