Ewedu is usually served alongside fish or meat stew with any swallow meal.

Ingredients
A handful of ewedu leaves
1 teaspoon of Iru (locust beans)
1 teaspoon of blended crayfish
A pinch of salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1: Blend the ewedu leaves and pour into a pot
Step 2: Pour in the iru, blended crayfish and salt.
Step 3: Stir in the pot and do not cover.
Step 4: Boil on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes
Serve with your stew and amala or eba.
