What you need:

- Half an avocado

- 120 grams of canned tuna

- Four tomato slices

- Some lettuce

- Slices of onion

- Two slices of flour or wheat bread

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Butter or mayonnaise

How to:

1. Chop the lettuce into small pieces.

2. Grease one side of each bread slice with mayonnaise or butter.

3. Mash the avocado and spread evenly on the bread.

4. Lay the tomatoes, onion, tuna and lettuce over the bread.

5. Season it salt and pepper according to taste.

6. Cover with another slice of bread and enjoy your meal.
