Homemade banana ice cream
With only four ingredients, it's also pretty easy and doesn't need an ice cream maker.

To get the perfect banana ice cream, follow the directions below.
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups half-and-half cream
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract/mashed banana
To prepare the recipe without an ice cream maker.
Step 1: Place a cylinder in the freezer until cold.
Step 2: Combine all ingredients, stirring to dissolve sugar completely. Transfer to prepared cylinder.
Step 3: Freeze until edges of mixture begin to set, 20-30 minutes.
Step 4: Using a hand mixer, beat mixture until smooth.
Step 5: Freeze, covered, until firm, about 3 hours longer, beating again every 30 minutes.
Ice cream is ready!
