'Zobo' is a popular drink in Nigeria. It's gotten from dried hibiscus leaves; usually mauve coloured leaves steeped in warm water.
It's refreshing and can be sweetened to suit any taste (bud).

What you need:
11/2 cup dried Hibiscus Sepal ( Zobo Leaves)
4 cups boiling water
Sugar to taste
Lemon Juice
Directions:
1. Put leaves in a large bowl and cover with boiled water to extract the juice (coloured).
2. Set aside for about three to four hours to steep
3. Strain/our the drink through a sieve to separate the leaves and juice,
4. Add some lemon juice and sugar to taste, add lemon juice for that tangy feel
5. Add other flavour as desired.
