How to make Rum-Beer Float
Made from a combination of root beer and vanilla ice cream, the root beer float is a great way to jig up your beer.
What you need:
- Can or bottle root beer
- Jigger spiced rum
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Pour root beer into a mug, stir in rum.
- Spoon ice cream into root beer mixture; let ice cream melt slightly into the liquid for about 5 minutes.
- Serve cold
